What we do

A number, and what it means. Nothing you did not ask for.

Most health testing sites end every result with something to buy. This one ends with what the result actually supports — which is often a GP appointment rather than a purchase.

An at-home blood testing kit laid out before sample collection.

How testing works

Order, collect, post, read

Five steps from checkout to a result you can take to your GP. No appointments, no waiting rooms.

01

Order your kit

Same-day dispatch

Choose a panel and check out. Kits are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 2pm, in plain packaging with nothing identifying on the outside.

02

Collect your sample

About 10 minutes

Follow the enclosed guide — a finger-prick for most panels, before 10am for anything hormonal. It takes about ten minutes, and there is a timing guide for cycle-dependent tests.

03

Post it back

Free return post

Drop the pre-paid envelope in a postbox the same day you collect. Samples are stable in transit for the period the kit is validated for; posting promptly keeps you well inside it.

04

The lab analyses it

ISO 15189

A UKAS-accredited laboratory running the same analysers as NHS pathology processes your sample and reports each marker against its reference range.

05

Read your results

2–3 working days

Results appear in your account with every marker explained, plus a PDF formatted to hand to your GP. Anything markedly abnormal is flagged with a recommendation to book an appointment.

Written to be useful, not to sell you something

Low Testosterone

Understanding low testosterone

Testosterone deficiency is a real clinical condition with a defined diagnosis. It is also the most over-diagnosed thing on the internet. Here is the difference.

Menopause & Perimenopause

Perimenopause, explained properly

The transition can start a decade before your last period, and the hormone pattern is not a smooth decline. It is chaos — which is why testing so often disappoints.

HRT: what the evidence actually says

One study in 2002 changed how a generation thought about HRT, and much of what people took from it was wrong. Here is where the evidence stands now.

Being clear about it

What we sell, and what we do not

Plenty of sites in this space blur the line. Here it is, in full.

Our Commitments

  • Provide accredited at-home blood test kits analysed by an ISO 15189 laboratory
  • Supply pharmaceutical-grade formulations verified by independent analytical assays
  • Deliver supplements at doses backed by peer-reviewed clinical research
  • Provide batch authenticity verification and tamper-evident packaging
  • Publish referenced educational guides on hormones and health optimization

What we do not compromise on

  • Never sell unverified or uncertified batch products
  • Never make medical claims not substantiated by scientific evidence
  • Never compromise on raw material purity, sterile filtration, or packaging
  • Never cut corners on laboratory quality control or customer privacy
  • Never suggest products that fail to meet strict pharmacological standards

The principle

A reference range describes what is common in a healthy population. It is not a definition of what is healthy, and it is not a diagnosis.
